Our ‘Nougat Cream’ is a creamy paste, based on the extra fine nougat powder.
It is designed to give a delicious nougat flavour to ice cream, pastries, chocolate fillings, etc.
The Nougat-Cream is sufficiently concentrated so that a proportion of 4 to 8%, depending on the application, is more than enough to give your products a unique and very special ‘touch’.
For industrial use, the Nougat Cream is presented in large polyethylene containers of 25kg, as for applications on a smaller scale, we offer pails of 5kg and even 1kg.
Our Nougat Cream can be supplied in the desired concentration, following your own requirements. Same for the honey content that can be altered to meet your specifications.
Our Nougat Cream is natural, does not contain any colouring or preservative agents, and is at least 18 months stable.
